Dreams

Every prompt will center around the topic of dreams. Read the prompt and finish the story. As you will see below the prompt is a file you can download. Download this file, print it out and write your story, or download the file, fill in the story, and save it.

Now write your story based on these prompts and see if you can come up with a good surprise ending. There are no wrong answers. All you want to do is let your mind wonder, use your imagination, and let the words flow.

  1. When Seth was a kid, he had horrible night terrors. Almost every night, about an hour after going to sleep, he’d wake, screaming bloody murder. His parents would rush into his room, and try to comfort him, but he’d just scream more, acting like he didn’t know who they were. The next day he wouldn’t remember a thing.   2. There was nothing Keith wanted more than to write movie scripts. Even as a young boy, he’d write little stories, and plays, the neighborhood kids would put on for their families. The older he got, the better his writing became, but in order for his dream to come true, he needed a break, or someone to notice it.
